If you are a millennial like me, you are well aware of how much Paris Hilton loves animals, specifically dogs. There was nothing more iconic in the early 2000s than seeing Hilton carrying around her adorable chihuahuas in her purse. 

For this reason, I’m not surprised that Hilton has been using her platform as a celebrity to help dogs and cats that have been affected by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

Best Friends Animal Society Hosts Star-Studded Event to Celebrate Its 40th Anniversary

The incredible organization, Best Friends Animal Society, held an incredible event called Benefit to Save Them All, hosted by “The View” star Sara Haines, in New York City on September 26. The gala celebrated the 40th anniversary of the nonprofit that has been consistently dedicated to saving the lives of animals by trying to ban killing in shelters throughout the country.

The USA Gymnastics Team's Therapy Dog, Beacon, Has Major Health Scare

The gorgeous golden retriever named Beacon was a beacon of light (excuse the pun) for gymnasts who competed in the Olympic trials the week of June 30 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  ESPN reported that the 4-year-old certified therapy dog, who is known as  USA Gymnastics' "Goodest Boy,” did his very best to calm some stressed-out athletes during the trials to see if they would compete at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. 

Unfortunately, the very good boy has not been of the best help as of late.
