Chrissy Teigen Shares Sad News About Beloved Dog

Model Chrissy Teigen shared devastating news about her beloved dog Penny.

On January 25, Teigen took to her Instagram account to share that her beautiful dog had passed away. Teigen shared several pictures of the adorable three-legged pup taken throughout her life.

In the caption of the post, the model wrote that the family’s “beautiful little tripod queen, penny, passed on peacefully in her sleep today.” She also shared that Penny was “born the same day” that she and her husband John Legend tied the knot “11 years ago.”

“she was there for us for every baby, every loss, every joy. She loved nothing more than being loved, having her nub rubbed and destroying any ball she could get her paw on, even til her last weeks,” continued Teigen in the caption. “Never forget that while every pup is just a few chapters in your long life, for them you are their entire book, their entire lives.”

She also shared she believed her furry friend was now with her other late dogs, Puddy and Pippa.

”Oh penny. We were so beyond lucky to have you. Say hi to Puddy and Pippa for us. You are all together again. 🤍,” wrote Teigen.

Several Instagram users offer Teigen and her family kind words amid their heartbreak.
