If you haven’t met Howard the Dog, he is one of the most unique dogs I’ve ever met. He is the embodiment of Adopt Don’t Shop and what being a rescue dog means, in my opinion. He is a dog who is no taller than a basset hound but is 60 pounds of PURE MUSCLE.
