Actor Glen Powell has certainly made a name for himself over the last few years. He charmed audiences with his portrayal of Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin in 2022’s Top Gun: Maverick, Tyler Owens in 2024’s Twisters, and, most recently, Ben Richards in the 2025 film, Running Man.

While speaking to People magazine in September 2023, Powell’s “Twisters” co-star Anthony Ramos said he influenced Powell to adopt a furry friend. According to Ramos, he brought his dog, Prince, to the set of “Twisters,” which got Powell thinking.
