The Foggy Dog Is Perfect For Pup Parents Seeking Stylish And Sustainable Dog Products
As many pup parents can attest, it’s rare to find dog products that are sustainable, functional, and stylish. So when I came across the amazing San Francisco-based brand, The Foggy Dog, I was like, “where have you been all of my life.” The company, which was founded in 2016 by Rose Shattuck, uses recycled materials and natural fabrics to make their chic, handcrafted products, that are manufactured in the United States. The Foggy Dog also deserves recognition as they donate a pound of food to various dog rescues with each purchase.
I’ve been obsessing over all of their incredible products for the past few days and am very tempted to go on a massive shopping spree. My dog has been egging me on -- she has very refined taste and rightly believes that she deserves their whole catalog of products. However, I do think that I have narrowed down my favorite items.
Rosa Floral Natural Bow Tie Collar
About five years ago, I saw a basset hound on the beach wearing a bow tie and I’ve been bringing it up in casual conversation ever since. That instance has made an impression on me and I now firmly believe that all dogs should own at least one bow tie, for formal occasions. What I adore most about The Foggy Dog’s Bow Ties is that they also function as collars, which I don’t believe I've ever seen before. While all of the prints are ridiculously cute, I have a particular fondness for the Rosa Floral Natural pattern.
Monstera Leaves Waste Bag Dispenser
The Foggy Dog has proved that poop bag dispensers don’t need to look crappy. The earthy design of the Monstera Leaves pattern completely caught my eye. Not only is the bag super stylish, but it is also very practical, as it is lightweight and easily attaches to your dog’s leash.
English Garden Dog Bandana
One of my favorite dog accessories is a bandana because it’s adorable and timeless. Due to the fact that my dog loves tea time, I think the delicate, watercolor-inspired English Garden pattern would be very suitable for her.
Buffalo Check Plaid Dog Bed
Now I’ll be honest, my pup’s current bed is bright pink and shaped like a crown because she is a princess. But I do think that she should have something a little less kitschy. After all, she is a sophisticated lady. The black-and-white Buffalo Check Plaid Dog Bed would be a wonderful option, as it is on-trend but also neutral enough that it will look great in any space.
Cactus Garden Dog Squeaky Toy
Like any millennial, I’m completely obsessed with succulents, so there’s no way that I wouldn’t love the Cactus Garden Dog Squeaky Toy. The toy, which retails for $16, is aesthetically pleasing and will withstand wear.
