Dodger Player Shares Heartbreaking News About the Loss of His Beloved Dog
Los Angeles Dodgers star Kike Hernández had announced the passing of his beloved dog, Bruce Wayne.
Hernández took to his Instagram account on October 22 to share the sad news with his fans. The post featured several photos of the adorable dog throughout his lifetime.
In the caption of the post, Hernández shared how much his furry friend meant to him, his wife, Mariana Vicente, and their children, Penélope and Santiago.
“RIP my dear Bruce Wayne! Eternally grateful for your nobility, loyalty, unconditional love, and happiness you brought to our lives! All those years you spent keeping your mom company while I was on the road,” wrote the baseball player in the caption. “I'm going to miss how you had the ball in your mouth all day, your smile, your kisses, your encouragement, throwing the ball the whole day without stopping, how you ran and jumped like a little rabbit, how you barked at any animal on TV, when you put your paws forward on the pad and completely failed, telling you to stop jostling the sheet, when you tried to feed Pé & Santi, how you wouldn't let Arizona play with any toy because you took them all away. I'm going to miss walking you every afternoon like you have no idea!”
