The Cast of 'Sinners' & Their Adorable Dogs

Like everyone else, my dog and I are obsessed with Ryan Coogler’s 2025 masterpiece, Sinners. I appreciate it for the amazing cinematography, beautiful score, and well-crafted story. My dog, however, is a big fan because she thinks vampires are really cool. She also appreciates that several of the film’s cast members are massive dog-lovers. In fact, a few Sinners stars are devoted pup parents. Without further ado, here is the cast of Sinners and their adorable dogs. 

Omar Benson Miller

Omar Benson Miller, who played Cornbread, is a devoted dog dad to two furry friends. He shared a snap of the pups standing in a doorway in a 2020 Instagram upload. 

“The door is open... Just walk through it,” read the post’s caption.

A Sinner’s fan pointed out the irony of the caption in the comments section, referencing a scene involving Cornbread after he was turned into a vampire. 

“The irony of this & the @sinnersmovie 😂😂😂,” wrote the commenter. 

Miller replied to the comment with a crying-laughing emoji. 

Hailee Steinfeld

Hailee Steinfeld, who played Mary, owns two precious pups named Brando and Martini.

Li Jun Li, who played Grace Chow, had a sweet Yorkie named ToTo, who was often featured on her Instagram. Unfortunately, the precious pup passed away in 2023. To commemorate her furry friend, the actress got his image tattooed on her arm. 

“ToTo, if love could have saved you, you would’ve lived forever. Thank you for being the best gift of our lives. You gave us insurmountable, unconditional love and brought us endless joy. I miss you everyday. See you on the other side, my lovey,” read the caption of a 2023 Instagram post, which also included a picture of the tattoo.
