An Inside Look At Charli D'Amelio's Dogs And Her Partnership With Best Friends Animal Society

Charli D’Amelio may be best known for being one of the top creators on TikTok. However, here at Woof Republic, we think she should also be recognized for being a massive dog lover.

In November 2020, Charli and her sister Dixie partnered with Best Friends Animal Society and fostered three adorable puppies, called Dodo, Weka, and Moa. They filmed their weekend with the dogs for their family’s joint YouTube channel

In the video, a representative of Best Friends Animal Society explained that the pups were from the non-profit’s reservation located in Utah.

“There’s kind of an abundance of stray dogs out there. So we are able to help out our sanctuary in Utah so they can pull animals from their surrounding areas,” explained the worker.

She also noted that it is important for puppies to go to foster homes, instead of staying at a shelter, so that they can be properly socialized.

During the video, the D’Amelios made a call to action, encouraging their fans to foster and adopt pups from Best Friends Animal Society. The social media stars also generously gave the non-profit $10,000 after touring the Best Friends' Lifesaving Center.

The D’Amelio family also owns quite a few dogs. The precious pups, named Belle, Rebel, Cali, and Codi have their own TikTok account with over 800,000 followers.
