Before ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Premieres, Meet the Cast’s Dogs

The fifth and final season of the hit Netflix series Stranger Things will start airing on November 26. Since the show has had a 3-year hiatus, fans are eager to see what their favorite Hawkins residents have been up to. 

To celebrate the return of the beloved show, we thought we’d showcase the cast’s most devoted dog owners. Without further ado, here are the stars of Stranger Things and their furry friends. 

Millie Bobby Brown 

I think it's safe to say that Millie Bobbi Brown is one of the most devoted dog moms in Hollywood. She and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, own 10 dogs on their Georgia farm. According to Entertainment Weekly, Brown shared that she is also fostering 23 dogs in a March 2025 interview with BBC 1. 

“I have 25 farm animals, and then I have 23 foster dogs, and then I have 10 dogs in my house that are my personal dogs, and four cats," said the mother of one in the interview. 

Natalia Dyer 

Natalia Dyer, who portrays headstrong Nancy Wheeler, has a sweet spaniel.

Gaten Matarazzo

Gaten Matarazzo, who plays the lovable Dustin, adopted a Golden Retriever in 2017, per Us Weekly. 

Maya Hawke 

Maya Hawke is a total scene-stealer as Robin. The actress is a proud pup parent to an adorable dog named Lucky.
