Andy Cohen's Emotional Reunion With His 'Old Pal' Wacha Will Melt Your Heart
If you are a Bravo fan, you know that Andy Cohen had a beloved beagle-foxhound mix named Wacha, whom he adopted in 2013. In 2020, the Watch What Happens Live host made the difficult decision to rehome Wacha following an undisclosed “incident,” in which it seems that the dog may have acted aggressively toward Andy’s son Benjamin, who was just one at the time.
Andy made sure that Wacha ended up in a loving home and recently revealed that he had a sweet reunion with the adorable pup (which absolutely made me cry). On July 22, Andy shared an Instagram video of him petting and kissing the very good boy while on the streets of NYC. The Bravo boss made sure to tell Wacha how much he means to him.
“I am happy to report that I am with an old, old friend. You changed my life, my sweet Wacha, you changed my life. You opened me up to everything. And I’m so lucky, and I’m so much better for it,” said Andy to Wacha.
“Visit with my old pal 🐶. Wacha is doing GREAT! He lives happily with his longtime caretaker, and I’m so lucky I get to visit with him! He changed my life,” read the caption of Andy’s post.
