The Cast of 'In The City' & Their Adorable Dogs

As long-time Summer House fans, you best believe that my dog and I are already obsessed with its spinoff series, In The City, which premiered on May 19. In celebration of the show filling the void after the Summer House season 10 reunions stops airing, we thought we’d spotlight some of the biggest dog lovers on the cast.

Without further ado, here are the stars of In The City and their furry friends.

As every single Bravo fan (and loved one of a Bravo fan) is well aware, Kyle and Amanda officially called it quits earlier this year after four years of marriage. After their split, some Summer House viewers were curious about whether the former couple was planning on co-parenting their rescue pups, Reese and Ryder.

In a January 27 interview on  Sirius XM’s Radio Andy, Amanda shared that she and her estranged husband have been co-parenting their rescue dogs since their split.

“We talk all the time, you know, we’re both traveling, so I’m watching the dogs,” said Amanda during the interview. “So, I’m watching the dogs, he’s watching the dogs, we’re co-parenting the dogs together.”

Kyle was spotted walking his pups during a very candid April 2 interview shortly after the news that Amanda was dating her Summer House co-star West Wilson. While he was spilling the tea, Reese and Ryder took turns barking at passersby. While Kyle deemed the behavior embarrassing, we think the dogs were simply sharing their own opinions on the matter.

On April 3, paparazzi also caught Kyle and Amanda meeting up in NYC, alongside Reese and Ryder. Kyle seemed to be handing over the very good girls to Amanda so she could spend time with them.

Kyle and Amanda adopted the two dogs in 2022. The former couple originally fostered the pups from Waldo’s Rescue Pen, a non-profit organization based in New York, before deciding to give them a forever home.

The pups have been featured and mentioned on the Bravo show several times. For instance, in the premiere episode of The City, alongside Lindsay Hubbard and her baby Gemma, Amanda revealed she gives her furry friends apple sauce packets, intended for babies.

Georgina Ferzli

Not only is Georgina a dermatologist with her own practice and a kick-a– single mom, she’s also a proud pup parent to a seriously cute doodle named Ralphie

Nick Barber & Yvonne Najor

Nick and Yvonne have an adorable pup named Jackson. In the first episode of In The City, it seemed that Nick was simply too busy cuddling the sweet rescue dog to notice his wife had left to stay in San Diego for three days.

In a May 21 Instagram post, Nick, who is rightfully obsessed with his dog, shared a message about the importance of rescuing furry friends and how much Jackson had improved his and his wife’s life.

In the caption of the post, Nick shared that he and Yvonne foster failed Jackson in 2020, who was originally from NYC Second Chance Rescue. He also shared that he never owned a pit bull before taking home the pup, whom he described as “the most gentle, sweet, affectionate, and loving.”

“It kills me to think of how many incredible dogs are in shelters at any time. We wish we could adopt them all, and each one of them deserves all the love and attention that we have for Jackson every day,” continued Nick.
