The hit HBO series “Yellowjackets" focuses on a New Jersey high school soccer team that survives a horrific plane crash. In their adulthood, they must grapple with the upsetting choices they made while in the Canadian wilderness.
After establishing a dedicated fanbase, the Emmy-nominated series was renewed for a second season. Luckily for fans, the show’s new episodes will premiere on March 26, 2023.
In honor of the drama’s sophomore season, we’d thought we would spotlight some of the show’s cast, who are massive dog lovers.

Ella Purnell
Ella Purnell portrays popular Wiskayok High School student Jackie Taylor, who meets an unfortunate fate. The 26-year-old has a super cute pooch, who has interrupted her press shoots to get some well-deserved kisses.
Christina Ricci
Christina Ricci plays the show’s arguably most unhinged character, Misty Quigley. While I would not personally trust the equipment manager with a furry friend, the actress who portrays her is a devoted dog mom. The “Wednesday” star has two very good boys, Magneto and Logan, who were adopted from the rescue I Stand With My Pack.
Juliette Lewis
Juliette Lewis, who has worked in the entertainment industry for over three decades, dazzles as the troubled Natalie Scatorccio’s adult counterpart. The “Whip It” actress has a super sweet Chihuahua.
Sophie Nélisse
Sophie Nélisse’s Shauna Sadecki makes questionable decisions, to say the least. The actress, however, made a great decision when she shared a picture of a speckled pup who appears to be hers on Instagram.
Tawny Cypress
Tawny Cypress stars as the adult version of Taissa Turner. The actress has a gorgeous dog named Oscar.
