What You Need to Know About Ariana Grande's 9 Rescue Dogs

This past week has been major for Ariana Grande. The beloved singer, who will be starring in the upcoming movie adaption of the musical “Wicked,” was photographed wearing her character Glinda the Good’s gorgeous pink dress.

Here at Woof Republic, we are excited to see Grande step into such an iconic role. Not only is she an incredible talent, but she also happens to be one of the biggest dog lovers in Hollywood.

Grande has quite a family of furry friends, with nine rescue dogs in total. The canine companions are Coco, Toulouse, Cinnamon, Strauss, Lafayette, Pignoli, Myron, Snape, and Lily. Myron belonged to Ariana’s ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller, before his passing in 2018. After his tragic death, the former Nickelodeon star decided to adopt the dog.

It seems that Grande has a particular fondness for Coco, who is often featured in her Instagram posts. She also became somewhat of a momager for her precious pup, Toulouse, when he modeled in a campaign for Coach. The sweet dog showed off his intelligence, alongside Grande, in an April 2016 “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” interview.

On top of being a devoted pup parent, Grande also co-founded the 501 (c) (3) non-profit animal rescue, Orange Twins Rescue. According to its mission statement, the organization helps “Senior animals, strays, neglected, abused, or special needs.”

“We do not discriminate and are proud of our fast-acting, effective, and loving work! We are proud of our commitment to stepping up, and stepping in in times of need. We value our strong connection to our community, and are constantly working to find new avenues of outreach and education,” read the mission.
