How Adele's Dogs Keep Her Humble
The debut of her 2008 album "19” catapulted Adele into stardom. For the past 13 years, the singer has been a household name. She is currently being celebrated for her fourth album, titled “30.”
While the 33-year-old is a massive celebrity, she insists that she hasn’t let the fame get to her head. While appearing on makeup artist Nikkie de Jager’s YouTube channel in December 2021, she shared that she is a pup parent to do Goldendoodles, who have no idea that their owner is a superstar. She explained that her 9-year-old son, Angelo, and her two furry friends “keep [her] grounded.”
“I’ve got two puppies, Bob and Freddy. They’re Goldendoodles. They’re brothers. We call Freddy, After Party Freddy because he always wants to do something when it’s finished like when it’s over and Bob loves a job,” said the singer.
Adele then asserted that “they are just such characters” and noted that the pups are quite a handful.
“Two dogs are a lot at the same time and training them at the same time … I just really like to overload meself. I really like to make my life hard sometimes,” quipped the singer.
The mother-of-one showed off Bob during an October Instagram live stream. She noted that her pup and his brother share the same sandy blond hair as her and her son.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will see pictures of Bob and Freddy on social media. During her interview with de Jager, Adele revealed she does not have access to her Instagram account, as her management team does not allow her to have the password. The 33-year-old also shared that she is not interested in doing an Instagram Live again, as she found the experience confusing.
“I was annoyed. I mean obviously it was meme worthy,” said Adele.
You and your furry friend can stream “30” now on Spotify or Apple Music.
