’DWTS’ Star Alix Earle Adopts Her Beloved Foster Dog in Emotional Christmas Reveal

Dancing with the Stars contestant and social media influencer Alix Earle shared some exciting news this Christmas. 

On December 25, Earle took to her TikTok account to reveal she officially adopted her beloved foster dog, Asia. Earle broke the big news to the adorable pit bull, who was wearing a beautiful pink sweater, by reading her a heartfelt letter. In said letter, Earle referenced that she first fostered Asia, who previously lived in a shelter for over a year, in February 2025.

"From the second I met you, I knew you were special. I don't know much about your life before you ended up in the shelter, but I want you to know every day, minute, second you spent waiting for your forever home was worth it,” said the 25-year-old in the video. “For 495 days you patiently waited for a foster. As much as I’ve been there to help, you’ve helped me. And you’ve given me a best buddy for life. So, I wanted to tell you, you’re adopted!”

Earle explained her fostering situation with Asia in an August 2025 TikTok upload. She explained that while Asia was adopted by a different family in Miami, she “tore her ACL” in May, complicating the situation. Earle said she was told Asia needed to be rehomed yet again because of the injury. Earle decided to bring Asia to Los Angeles so she could get the surgery she needed and recover at her home. She shared that she purchased a ramp and a large stroller so Asia could rest properly. Earle also emphasized how much she loved Asia and had difficulty when she had to say goodbye to her when she was adopted.
