Courteney Cox's Dog Adorably Fails Social Media Trend
Courteney Cox’s adorable dog is completely over one viral trend.
People magazine reported that Cox uploaded a video of her trying to get her spaniel to participate in the hands-in challenge. For those unaware, the social media challenge consists of pup parents joining their hands as if they were on a team and trying to get their furry friend to join in.
In the July 28 Instagram upload, Cox, who is a devoted dog mom to two nearly identical dogs, Lily and Bear, put her hand below another individual’s palm. Her dog briefly took in the situation and decided that the best course of action was to walk beneath their joined hands.
“She’s cute. She’s got that going for her. 🐶,” wrote Cox in the caption.
Several fans flocked to the post’s comments section to share their appreciation of how Cox’s dog handled the social media challenge.
“Oh but she IS smart! She opted for a quick pet as she escaped the camera!! 🐶❤️,” wrote a commenter.
“I feel like she problem-solved her way out of the situ 😂😂😂 saw an obstacle and was like, ‘I’m down and out,’” shared another.
Cox often features her super cute pups in her social media uploads. For instance, on March 22, she shared an Instagram video that showed her trying to see if her furry friends had self-control. She slowly placed two treats on the floor in front of her canine companions. She let them know she was leaving the room and instructed them to “not eat” the treats until she returned.
“I trust you,” said the actress.
She left the room and the dogs remained still. The moment she returned to the room, one of the dogs immediately started chowing down.
