Growing up, I was deeply devoted to the beloved NBC comedy “The Office.” As a tween, I had a massive crush on Jim Halpert (John Krasinski) and was ecstatic when he finally locked lips with Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer) in the season 2 finale. I also had a Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) bobblehead, which was proudly displayed on my desk. During my high school years, I was so dependent on the series that I had a bit of a mental breakdown when the 2008 writers’ strike occurred and the show’s fourth season was cut short.
